Study on Nitrogen Tire Inflation

Drexan Corporation, in association with Mech and Associates, conducted a ground-breaking study on Nitrogen tire inflation for long haul fleets in 2006. This is the first large-scale, real-world field study conducted since the 1980's. Partially funded by Transport Canada, Canada's federal ministry responsible for Transportation, this study proves the substantial benefits of Nitrogen tire inflation: improved fuel efficiency and longer tire tread life in long haul trucking.
